In early December, several families from our local congregation were blessed with being able to attend the "Love the Church" conference. Two words: information overload. :) Before this, I cannot remember ever learning so much at once. It was an awesome time of growing in Christ and learning about the Church. I trust that everyone that went was blessed by the excellent speakers and wonderful Christian fellowship as much as I was. Here are a few snapshots from the weekend. :)
Abby, Matt, Andy and Cal are pretty excited!

Yay! A break! Taking the opportunity to get some fresh air and sunshine. :o)
Wish I could've spent more time with y'all!
Mallory and their fancy shmancy camera ;o) Meanwhile, random folks look confused and partake in conversation....
Deny it all you want, Mike. We know you enjoyed the song. :P
See what I mean about the great fellowship? :)

My buddy, Take Charge Marg! "I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable." Psalm 145: 1-3

PS Cafeteria trays make the BEST sleds!! :o)
Great post, Mandy! Loved it. :D Whew! Now that I've seen snow, been pelted by snowballs, played in it, etc. All those things you do in snow...do I qualify for never having to see it again? ;););) Anyways, wonderful conference. :D Paul Washer was *great*. :D
Abby
We are still getting through all of the CDs. They are so rich! I know when Kitty and Grace returned they were very much overflowing with what God had taught them.
Yes, I have a sneaking suspicion that the "humble and quiet red head" greatly enjoyed his song.
Great Paul Washer quote!
Loved the captions - as always! Cafeteria trays - how creative!
Love you,
A very dysfunctional Mrs. D. who has been shown much grace and mercy and is therefore somewhat functional :)
